If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our 30-Day Return & Refund Policy makes the process easy and transparent. Please review the terms below before requesting a return or refund.

1. Return & Refund Eligibility

• The 30-day return period begins from the date your order is delivered.

• To qualify for a return or refund, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, including original packaging and accessories.

• Products showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse may not be eligible for a full refund.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom-made or personalized wrestling belts

• Special-order or limited-edition items

• Gift cards or promotional items

Due to the custom nature of championship belts, personalized products cannot be resold and therefore cannot be refunded.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact our Customer Support Team within 30 days of delivery

• Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting images if applicable

• Our team will review your request and provide return instructions

4. Return Shipping Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect item shipment

• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery

• Refunds will only be processed after the item is received and inspected

5. Inspection & Refund Processing

• All returned items undergo a quality inspection

• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout

6. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if:

• The item is returned in non-original condition

• Packaging or accessories are missing

• The product shows minor wear or damage

7. Exchange Policy

• Customers may request an exchange for a different size or model, subject to availability

• Exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

• Exchanges must meet the same condition requirements as returns

8. Order Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund

• After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped

9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect wrestling belt, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
